Is it broadcast via VMS? Can one listen to it on VMS? Just curious.

Is it broadcast via VMS? Can one listen to it on VMS? Just curious.
Maybe under VMS AXP? (If it's going to be in an audio encoding that
MMOV happens to support.) There's either way no useful audio support
under VMS I64, beyond some measly beeping functionality (as mentioned
on ITRC years ago) and I assume there's nothing for VAX.
